Chance is a real cutie. This 1 year old male dog is a delightful blend of Chihuahua and Corgi. He is very healthy, perfectly house-trained, neutered and up to date on his shots. He has also been micro-chipped.
Chance is currently living with a foster family who took him in temporarily. Chance has lived with them for a few months now, and it is time for him to spread his wings and find his forever home.
Chance has a voracious appetite for both play – and snuggling. His new owner must be able to give him the exercise and playtime need needs and deserves. They should also be willing to cuddle and give him lots of attention and love. He needs an owner who can spend lots of time with him.

Chance’s Personality
He is totally house trained (used to a dog door). He has a lot of energy and likes to play hard but he is also sweet and loving. He likes to get a lot of love and is a great snuggler. He likes to play tug of war with toys but he is a chewer so all the toys have to be heavy duty. He has never chewed anything other than what was given to him to chew. All and all he’s a fun dog for someone with more time to play with him.
Chance’s Current Home Environment
I have a small back yard with a fenced in pool. Chance and my two other dogs are free to come in and out the dog door while I’m at work.

Chance’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
He is used to Iams dry dog food. He has a good appetite. His favorite toys are durable ropes and durable frisbees. Anything rubbery, he chews up in 10 minutes.
Cute Chance Story:
It took my other two dogs a while to warm up to him because they are so calm and he has a lot of energy. One night while we were settling in for the night, I looked over and saw chance curled up in the dog bed with my girl dog, spooning. They were so cute.
Why is Chance Being Rehomed?
I own a business and my other two dogs are self sufficient by themselves while I’m gone at work. Chance needs a lot more attention then what I can give him.
Chance’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
Probably a family with school age kids so he can play or other dogs that as much energy as he does. It does take him a few days to feel comfortable with other dogs but he does very well and likes to play. He also needs a lot of loving, so it would have to be people who like cuddling and snuggling with him.
Additional Comments:
He is chipped but I never transferred the chip info in my name, so it is still connected with the original friends that found him. Chip transfer info will be provided to the new owners. I hope to find him a great forever home
