Hi, My name is Naz or Nahzee!
Nahzee is incredibly adorable! This sweet grey tabby girl is just 3 years old, spayed, up to date on her shots and very healthy.
She has a wonderful personality and is very playful. Her favorite game is fetch, and she will retrieve hair bands for hours if you are willing. Nahzee is a real “people cat”. She loves humans and will follow you around. She loves to nap close to where you are.
Naz is not a lap cat or a cat that likes to be picked up and held. She prefers to keep things on her own terms – staying close to you, but not on top of you. She is a big fan of “cat tv” and enjoys a good window seat where she can watch the outside world.
Nahzee is being rehomed by her owners, who are very sad to have to make this difficult choice. Unfortunately their 2 male cats are ganging up on her, and her safety and well-being are at risk. They are hoping to find her a wonderful new home where she will be cherished, cared for and kept safe and happy.

Naz or Nahzee’s Personality
Naz is a very loving kitty. She loves to play fetch (particularly with hair bands) and is very quick and agile. She will often plop down in front of you stretch and/or meow for scratches. She likes being near you, so she’ll often follow you into a room and fall asleep near you. Unfortunately my male cats are bullying her so she tends to meow very loudly when she feels threatened (more of a guttural, ‘someone is trying to kill me’, meow). She likes to drink from falling water (we have the drinkwell). I sometimes make blanket forts on the couch with pillows that give Naz just enough room to burrow underneath the blanket and sleep, she loves her sleep. Overall Naz is very loving. Although she is not yet a lap kitty, she does sleep by your feet at night and loves sunbathing. I have been attempting to get her more comfortable in my lap but my other 2 cats get jealous and meow nonstop until she jumps away from me.. my hope is that Naz will be able to shine in a home where she is not constantly afraid of being jumped by 2 other cats.
Naz or Nahzee’s Current Home Environment
We have a 1 bedroom + loft with high ceiling. We took advantage of the large windows (placing cat beds on them.. all 3 of our cats, especially Naz loves sleeping high and watching the passerbyers from the window). Our cats all have access two balconies in our apartment (we have been keeping most of our litter boxes on the balconies, with only 2 being in the house at any given time).
Naz or Nahzee’s Current Family:
My husband has worked remotely for the last 4 years and thus was able to spend a lot of time with our kitty cats (we are moving closer to his work and he will henceforth work in the office and thus will not have to time to monitor the cats as he used to). I work long hours and am generally home to spend time with the cats at night. We wish we could keep Naz, but doing so would be selfish and unfair to Naz.
Naz or Nahzee’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
Naz absolutely loves playing fetch with hairbands. She also likes the standard cat toys/activities (playing follow the laser pointer, playing with feathery toys and sticks, stocking her catnip filled toys etc). She really likes the hairball relief/digestive aid “Vets Best,” which is 4 bucks or so on Amazon. She also enjoys moist ‘Pounce’ treats. She likes wellness brand dryfood (not all flavors, mainly “Wellness Complete Health Adult Health Deboned Chicken, Chicken Meal & Rice Recipe Dry Cat Food”) and likes to nibble on wet food here and there. We generally feed her dry food in the morning (close to 5am) and in the evening (close to 9pm) and we try to give her some wet food for lunch (maybe around 3-5).

Why is Naz or Nahzee Being Rehomed?
My husband and I have 2 male cats who just do not get along with Naz. I have tried everything over the last year, but they still bully her having plenty of room to play in (1300ft2+ including access to a balcony). Both my husband and I work and are not home during the day and spend most nights at home, so the cats are used to us being around. We will be moving soon and want to find Naz a loving home.
